Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Free shipping on orders over $50
- A flat rate applies to orders under the free shipping threshold
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier office first, then contact us at 1Sanviva@Gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to assist if you catch the error before your order ships.
