Shipping how long, really?
1–3 days to process, then 3–7 days if you're domestic, 7–20 if you're international. We won't pretend it's next-day we'd rather you know upfront than feel let down later.

Can I return it?
Yes, most things 14 days, unworn, tags on. Underwear, worn wigs, and pierced jewelry are final sale, for hygiene reasons any honest brand should have. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it ships. Give it a day to actually update.

Will the wig really look like the photo?
That's the whole point of buying from us instead of a random listing texture and color are described accurately, and we back it with our return policy if it's off.

What size am I?

International shipping?
Yes. Customs fees or import duties, if any, land on your side that part's on your country, not us.
